Shipping policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and holidays).
Lyvazza ensures deliveries in the following geographical areas: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, all European countries, and Asia.
With each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number.
The choice of the carrier, as well as the price, may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability, and the order amount, as well as the shipping country.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Our delivery times do not include weekends:
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand: 5-8 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Rest of the world: 8-12 business days
SHIPPING FEES
Our shipping fees are offered.
Refund Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Defective received item(s)
If your order is delivered to you defective, either entirely or partially, you may be eligible for a resend or a refund of the concerned item(s). To do so, send us a message to the following email address: contact@zanyra.com, including proof of payment (a screenshot of the confirmation email received when placing your order, for example) and a photo of the concerned items. Please also specify in the message whether you want a resend of the defective items or a refund instead.
Order cancellation (if applicable)
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, send us an email to contact@lyvazza.com.
A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request to cancel your order will be considered if it has already been processed.
Replacement and store credit (if applicable)
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.
- Refund and store credit details
By default, the refund method is store credit.
If you want to receive a refund to the payment method used for your purchase, you must notify us by email at contact@lyvazza.com. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer's defect will not incur restocking fees. Fees will be applied to the original order, and the balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any applicable discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or gift cards cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@lyvazza.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
